The power of the executive has grown considerably in the United States, to the detriment of the country. The modern ability for a President to wage war without a Congressional vote is perhaps the most dangerous executive overreach.

Evidence of political doubletalk because he said that in relation to Bush, not Obama.
This is such a disaster - the Obama administration has no plan. What is the American interest in Libya? The worst part of this "military adventure" is kowtowing to the UN and its coalition of dictators.
