New Conservative advert attacking Ignatieff on corporate taxes

The best thing I can say about this advert is that it at least takes on a substantive issue. This virtue is somewhat ruined by the tag line "he didn't come back for you" at the end, but close enough.

These ads are so juvenile and will not appeal to undecided or Liberal/BLOC voters. We 30% will still vote CPC, but will grimace, as this goes against the carefully constructed (and deserved) image of a maturing government. The last line is so obviously partisan. They need a focus group of women over 25 to screen these little-boys-playing- in-the-basement ads.

You might want to check out some of the responses to this so far, getting the mockery and the "let's see how you like it" right out there quick:

Here: http://liberalvideodepot.blogspot.com/2011/01/liberals-respond-to-latest-harper.html – I had no idea that Harper wants to eat children, but he admits right in the video so it must be true.

And here: http://bcinto.blogspot.com/2011/01/video-stephen-harper-raises-taxes.html – this one has the benefit of being true by simply listing all of the many job killing tax increases from Harper
