The campaign to have a leadership race is going stronger than ever. Now we have some big names attached to the organization, former president Rueben Devlin and former MPP Bart Maves.
They make some of the most key points in their interview with the Globe. It is not just the issue of the one bad policy. It is about a team that is out of touch not just with the party but with the province as well. What does John Tory understand about the aspirations of day to day Ontarians?
As for those that claim he should be given a second kick at the can, you should read this.
John Tory ran on the concept of 4 not 8. He had 3 years to deliver at least a close showing in the polls. Yet he gave us practically no improvement.

This is a 'far better' tact to defeat Tory on. Note the division between Tory and the grass roots. Not his desire to create this division and to nuture it (urban vs rural). Note his disregard for the history of the party and its core beliefs. The schools issue is a red herring that means squat and cannot be used to bring Tory down. Speak the truth about most PC's disappointment with him and his disregarding their valid concerns. He has to go. (real conservative)
